You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your KIMCHIP!'s journey to your front door.
Please allow 3–5 days for order processing, plus an additional 3–6 business days for shipping, depending on your location. We try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!

If we've already sent you a tracking number, unfortunately we're unable to cancel or modify your order at that point.
Oh no! If your tracking shows your package was lost in transit, email us at company@mapda.kr with your order number and we'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note: we're unable to take responsibility for packages stolen or lost after they're marked as delivered. If you'd like us to ship a replacement, a new order will be required.

Since KIMCHIP! is a food product, we're unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order — damage, missing items, or quality concerns — please email us at company@mapda.kr and we'll work to make it right!

KIMCHIP! ships within the contiguous U.S. via DHL, Cirro, and UniUni. The specific carrier is assigned based on your location and the most efficient route.
At this time, we don't offer overnight or expedited shipping.
